• Age 40 to 60 years

• This candidate should have at least 10 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

• Highly Preference to sales experience on Share ownership of Hotel and Resorts.

• Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.

• Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution

• Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

• Must have self-motivated and dynamic.

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic General Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Share Ownership Hotel & Resort business, Real Estate/ Land Development industry.

• Corporate sales planning and implementation

• Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers

• To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.

• Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals. Any other task assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Masters in any discipline. (Preferred MBA)

• Experience: At least 10 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Share Ownership Hotel and Resorts, Real Estate

• Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally about 60 Sales Team.

• Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
