• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for property sales and rentals.
• Oversee website management, SEO, and landing page optimization to improve traffic and conversion rates.
• Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms (social media, email marketing, blogs, and property listings.
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
• Monitor competitors and market trends in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and external agencies when needed.
