Responsibilities & Context: - Call Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments, visit list, meetings, and others for staffs or clients.
- Client Interaction: Provide information about the company’s services and projects to clients and potential customers
- Documentation: Prepare and manage correspondence, deeds, thanks letter, reports if needed.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Administrative support / financial support to accounting and finance teams: To management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors
