Responsibilities & Context:

Key Selling Points

You have to maintain our Customers Call and also be responsible for hosting live streams or records on all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.

Job Context

EXNIN is an online course provider specializing in academic and skill development programs. Currently, we are looking for an individual who is capable of managing customer inquiries via phone calls and also producing as a Live Video Content Host.

Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure re-solution.
  • Keeping records of all conversations in a comprehensible way.
  • Maintain customer queries in different channels (Facebook, Live chat, Email)
  • Have to manage all promotional advertising programs as a host, where you may have to appear in front of a live camera to organize that.
  • Outstanding Presentation skills as a host on social media live presenter.

Work at Office - Evening Shift: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
