  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Both written and spoken in Bengali and English)

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word Excel Power Point)

  • Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Must have computer knowledge

  • Must have the mental strength to take on the challenges of responsible work

  • Must be aware of professionalism and punctuality

  • Must have tele sales skills

  • Must be articulate and sociable



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and social media.

  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and find effective solutions.

  • Maintain Customer records and update databases regularly

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports
