Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 2 years

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Both written and spoken in Bengali and English)

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word Excel Power Point)

• Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Must have computer knowledge

• Must have the mental strength to take on the challenges of responsible work

• Must be aware of professionalism and punctuality

• Must have tele sales skills

• Must be articulate and sociable

Experience Required:

• Must have minimum two years working experience in this field

• Applicant must understand electronic devices

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and social media.

• Provide Accurate information about company products and services.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and find effective solutions.

• Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.

• Prepare daily/ weekly customer service reports.

• Must achieve the target as per company policy.
