Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. (Both written and spoken in Bengali and English)
Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word Excel Power Point)
Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must have computer knowledge
Must have the mental strength to take on the challenges of responsible work
Must be aware of professionalism and punctuality
Must have tele sales skills
Must be articulate and sociable
Respond to customer inquiries through phone and social media.
Provide Accurate information about company products and services.
Handle customer complaints professionally and find effective solutions.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
Prepare daily/ weekly customer service reports.
Must achieve the target as per company policy.
