Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for Sales support with strong phone and verbal communication skills in English, along with excellent active listening abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international customers and prospective clients.

  • Introduce and explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for clients.

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and email.

  • Follow company-approved communication scripts, policies, and procedures.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.

  • Accurately update customer information, call records, and lead status in the system.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and quality standards.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve business goals.

  • Perform other related tasks assigned by management.
