Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Sumatra Kingdom Park is one of the reputed parks in Bangladesh, which is going to be inaugurated very soon. SKP Management is looking for candidates who have previous experience working at a reputable park or resort. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in a reputable park or resort.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell park entry and ride tickets to visitors
- Handle cash, POS machine, and ticketing system properly
- Maintain daily sales records and cash balance
- Provide correct ticket information to visitors
- Assist visitors with entry procedures and basic queries
- Follow ticketing rules and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the ticket counter
- Report any ticketing or cash issues to the supervisor
