Job Context
Sumatra Kingdom Park is one of the reputed parks in Bangladesh, which is going to be inaugurated very soon. SKP Management is looking for candidates who have previous experience working at a reputable park or resort.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, computers, network, and internet connectivity
- Prepare and manage MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management
- Maintain employee attendance, ticketing data, and operational records
- Provide IT support to Ticketing, Accounts, Operations, and Admin departments
- Manage software, hardware, printers, CCTV systems, and POS machines
- Ensure data security, system backup, and proper data storage
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide quick technical solutions
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required
- Support management with accurate data and system improvements
