Bachelor's in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.
Additional Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, application support, system architecture, testing, deployment, incident management, and service delivery.
Experience in application troubleshooting, UAT, production deployment, stakeholder coordination, user training, and performance reporting.
Understanding of microfinance operations, business processes, and technology-enabled financial services will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Results-oriented with excellent planning, collaboration, adaptability, and a strong customer service mindset.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in application support/ implementation/ IT operations.

Job Purpose: This role is responsible for supporting enterprise applications by ensuring effective UAT and live execution, applications rollout, user onboarding, and operational support readiness. The role will also work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation, high system adoption, and efficient support operations. The role contributes to ensuring reliable, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions aligned with business goals.
Location: BRAC Field Office, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Assist UAT & Live Execution Management, ensuring proper test planning, execution, validation, and smooth transition from UAT to production.
Drive Stakeholder Coordination & Rollout Support to ensure successful deployment of applications across branches and business units.
Enable System Adoption & Onboarding, including user training, change management, and ensuring effective utilization of systems.
Support and manage enterprise application operations, ensuring smooth functionality and timely issue resolution.
Assist in developing and implementing support processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines for application management.
Monitor support performance (SLA/KPI) and contribute to improving service quality and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Support incident and problem management by maintaining Incident & Risk Registers, tracking issues, and ensuring proper RCA and resolution.
Assist in preparing reports on system performance, user feedback, and operational improvements.
Act as a coordination point for resolving complex issues with vendors and internal teams.
Stay updated with enterprise applications and emerging technologies relevant to microfinance operations.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
