Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Manage company networks, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
Maintain data backups and ensure cybersecurity practices.
Support employees with IT-related problems.
Manage email systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
Ensure systems are updated and operating efficiently.
Prepare IT documentation and reports.
Digital marketing and social media management
Basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
Website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
SEO and Google Analytics
