Responsibilities & Context:
Fanfare Bangladesh is seeking a commercially driven and growth-focused Manager – Corporate Sales & Growth to play a central role in expanding the company’s business in Bangladesh. This is a hands-on revenue role: the Manager will personally generate business, acquire and close strategic corporate accounts, achieve an individual sales target, and lead the sales team toward the company’s overall revenue objectives.
The successful candidate should be positive, energetic, commercially ambitious and comfortable building opportunities from the ground up. The role requires strong market engagement, disciplined execution and the ability to convert client business needs into relevant technology-solution opportunities with support from internal technical and delivery teams.
Carry and achieve an individual monthly, quarterly and annual revenue target in addition to the team target.
Personally identify, approach and acquire new corporate clients across priority industries in Bangladesh.
Own strategic and high-value opportunities from market mapping and prospecting through discovery, proposal, negotiation and closure.
Generate opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, industry associations, events, channel relationships and existing market connections.
Build relationships with business owners, C-level executives, department heads, procurement teams and other key decision-makers.
Lead client meetings, business-needs assessments, presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
Grow existing accounts through retention, renewals, referrals, upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and execute a Bangladesh-focused corporate B2B sales plan aligned with the company’s growth priorities.
Identify opportunities across sectors such as conglomerates, FMCG, RMG and textiles, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, education, retail, logistics, real estate, NGOs and other institutional buyers.
Navigate local corporate procurement practices, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, vendor-enlistment requirements and commercial approval processes where applicable.
Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements and convert insights into practical growth initiatives.
Represent the company professionally in client visits, business forums, industry events and networking platforms.
Set clear revenue targets, activity standards, pipeline expectations and accountability measures for the sales team.
Coach team members on prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation and closing.
Conduct structured pipeline reviews, account reviews and performance discussions and intervene directly in important deals.
Maintain accurate personal and team CRM records, forecasts, next steps and expected closure dates.
Provide management with clear reporting on revenue performance, pipeline quality, market opportunities, risks and corrective actions.
Work closely with Technical, Product, Delivery and Solution teams to develop commercially relevant client proposals.
Coordinate with Marketing on lead-generation campaigns, events and corporate outreach initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance and management on pricing, commercial terms, contracts, payment conditions and client onboarding.
Remain involved in strategic accounts after closure to support delivery alignment, customer satisfaction and future growth.
