• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Bachelor of Science (Pass)
• Master of Information & Communication Technology (MICT)

• Odoo 17/18 Functional Certification

• Rootstock Financials Certification

• PMP, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), or SAFe Certification

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 25 to 45 years

• 5+ years of experience with ERPs. 

• 2+ years of experience with Odoo or Rootstock, including functional configuration and implementation (certified resources will get priority). 

• Proven track record in leading teams and managing full project lifecycles.

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; ability to work confidently with global clientele. 

• Ability to articulate business challenges and craft practical, scalable solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and team members.

• Lead pre-sales and sales cycle activities for ERP engagements, including scoping, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solution designs.

• Map business processes and design ERP workflows that align with client needs.

• Lead cross-functional project teams (functional and technical) to deliver successful implementations on time and within scope.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.

• Drive solution validation, UAT coordination, and successful go-live support.

• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to team members to strengthen delivery capabilities.

• Champion best practices in project management, functional analysis, and Odoo/Rootstock configuration.

• Serve as the main point of contact between senior management and project teams.
