Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developer with hands-on experience in React, PHP, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing scalable web applications, designing intuitive user interfaces, and integrating AI-driven solutions into development workflows.

You will work closely with designers, project managers, and digital marketing teams to build high-performance, secure, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and PHP.

• Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions with clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Optimise application performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.

• Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently.

• Conduct code reviews and maintain development best practices.

• Work with Git and modern development workflows for version control and deployment.

• Integrate AI-powered features and automation into web applications where appropriate.

• Create and refine AI prompts to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and productivity.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical planning and architecture discussions.

Required Skills

React & PHP

• Strong hands-on experience with React

• Advanced knowledge of PHP and modern PHP frameworks.

• Experience building REST APIs and integrating external APIs.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.

• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

• Familiarity with Git, deployment processes, and server management.

• Knowledge of application security and performance optimisation.

UI/UX

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

• Ability to convert Figma, Adobe XD, or similar designs into functional web interfaces.

• Experience improving usability, accessibility, and user journeys.

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first development.

AI Prompt Engineering

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Ability to write effective prompts for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, and workflow automation.

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into web applications is an advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional full stack web development experience.
