Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science. For candidates with excellent experience, education might be flexible.

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Experiences: Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing software solutions for microfinance institutions or comparable financial sectors will be considered an added advantage.

Salary and benefits

• Deserving candidates will be offered a 45k - 55k salary and other benefits, including two festival allowances, contributory provident fund, gratuity, travel, and mobile allowances, in accordance with the Foundation’s Policy.
