KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
--------------------
1. AI Architecture & LLM Implementation:
   - Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise AI/LLM applications.
   - Design and implement production-ready RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with high accuracy and low latency.
   - Develop and optimize LLM workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
   - Build and maintain scalable vector database solutions using Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

2. Backend & Data Engineering:
   - Develop high-performance backend APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Django.
   - Implement asynchronous programming techniques for scalable microservices.
   - Design real-time and batch data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or equivalent technologies.

3. Security & Cloud Architecture:
   - Design secure cloud-native architectures following industry security best practices.
   - Implement OAuth2 authentication, encryption standards, and secure API integrations.

4. Advanced NLP & Research:
   - Solve complex NLP challenges including sarcasm detection, contextual understanding, bias mitigation, and text classification improvements.
   - Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product capabilities.

5. Leadership & Collaboration:
   - Mentor software engineers and establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
   - Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Leadership: At least 3 years of technical leadership experience managing AI/ML or data-intensive products.
- Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in Python. Strong experience with FastAPI, Django, and asynchronous programming.
- AI Tech: Hands-on experience building production-grade RAG systems. Strong expertise with LangChain, LlamaIndex, modern LLM architectures, and orchestration frameworks. Practical experience with vector databases (Milvus, Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Data Engineering: Experience building real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar.
- Security: Proven experience designing secure systems for regulated environments. Strong understanding of OAuth2, encryption technologies, identity management, and secure cloud architecture.
- NLP Domain: Demonstrated expertise in solving advanced NLP challenges including context management, hallucination reduction, sarcasm detection, and bias mitigation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Cloud: Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- DevOps & MLOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, MLOps practices, and model monitoring.
- Infrastructure: Experience working with GPU infrastructure and model optimization.
- AI Safety: Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety practices.
