Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead AI/LLM Software Engineer to design, develop, and lead the implementation of next-generation AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building production-grade Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, real-time data platforms, and secure cloud-native architectures. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of mentoring engineering teams while delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise AI/LLM applications.

· Design and implement production-ready RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems with high accuracy and low latency.

· Develop and optimize LLM workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.

· Build and maintain scalable vector database solutions using Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

· Design real-time and batch data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or equivalent technologies.

· Develop high-performance backend APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Django.

· Implement asynchronous programming techniques for scalable microservices.

· Design secure cloud-native architectures following industry security best practices.

· Implement OAuth2 authentication, encryption standards, and secure API integrations.

· Solve complex NLP challenges including sarcasm detection, contextual understanding, bias mitigation, and text classification improvements.

· Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams.

· Mentor software engineers and establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.

· Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product capabilities.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

· Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

· At least 3 years of technical leadership experience managing AI/ML or data-intensive products.

· Expert-level proficiency in Python.

· Strong experience with FastAPI, Django, and asynchronous programming.

· Hands-on experience building production-grade RAG systems.

· Strong expertise with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and modern LLM architectures, proficiency with orchestration frameworks  

· Practical experience with vector databases including Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

· Data Engineering: Experience building real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar technologies.

· Proven experience designing secure systems for regulated environments.

· Strong understanding of OAuth2, encryption technologies, identity management, and secure cloud architecture.

· Demonstrated expertise in solving advanced NLP challenges including context management, hallucination reduction, sarcasm detection, and bias mitigation((handling sarcasm, bias, and context failure in text classification).

· Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

· Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.

· Familiarity with MLOps practices and model monitoring.

· Experience working with GPU infrastructure and model optimization.

· Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety practices.
