Job Context

Faith IT, the Bangladesh operations arm of a UK-based technology company with over 14 years of success in the UK market, is looking for energetic, ambitious, and English-speaking professionals to join our growing Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective UK customers.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Generate qualified appointments through effective telesales.

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate CRM records after every customer interaction.

• Follow up with prospects and existing leads.

• Follow company sales scripts and standard operating procedures.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Maintain professional communication standards.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve business goals.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC/A Level.

• Bachelor's degree holders are encouraged to apply.

• Business graduates will receive preference.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or physical sales experience.

• Experience in UK campaign or international sales will be considered an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Age below 30 years.

• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good computer literacy.

• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

• Positive attitude with strong learning ability.

• Punctual, responsible, and target-driven.

• Willing to work night shifts.

• Willing to commit to a minimum one-year employment agreement.
