We are looking for a high-level Digital Marketer who operates at the intersection of brand strategy, design, performance marketing, and AI automation.
This role is for someone who thinks strategically, executes quickly, and leverages AI tools to build, scale, and optimise modern digital brands. You must be both creative and analytical — capable of shaping brand identity while driving measurable growth.
You will build and maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence across all digital channels. This includes shaping brand visuals, defining tone of voice, refining messaging, and ensuring consistency in every piece of content.
You’ll create and enforce brand guidelines, establish visual standards (colour, typography, layout), and align brand positioning with business goals. Every campaign and creative output must reinforce brand authority and recognition.
You will plan, launch, and optimise both organic and paid marketing campaigns. Platforms include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing platform-specific growth strategies
Managing paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Monitoring performance metrics
Optimising campaigns for ROI
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
Building clear audience profiles
You must understand conversion funnels, targeting, retargeting, and performance-driven marketing. Growth should be intentional, data-backed, and scalable.
AI is central to this role. You will use AI tools to accelerate production, improve quality, and build efficient marketing systems.
You’ll create:
Social media posts and captions
Brand visuals, creatives, and posters
Short-form and long-form videos (including UGC-style content)
Blog articles, website copy, and email campaigns
Beyond creation, you’ll automate workflows — including content pipelines, scheduling systems, campaign testing, and reporting. You’ll implement AI-driven A/B testing, performance tracking, and engagement optimisation systems to continuously improve results.
You will create or oversee reels, ads, UGC content, and explainer videos. AI tools may be used for scripting, avatars, voiceovers, editing, and subtitles.
You must understand hooks, retention, and platform-specific formats. All creative output must match brand aesthetics and performance goals.
Marketing without data is guesswork. You will track KPIs including engagement, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), reach, and campaign ROI.
You’ll produce insight-driven reports and continuously optimise based on analytics and user behaviour. The goal is not just content production — it’s measurable, consistent improvement.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital and brand marketing
Hands-on paid ads experience (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Strong understanding of brand design (visual identity, colour theory, typography)
Practical experience with AI marketing and automation tools
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Ability to produce high-quality content quickly
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
You should be comfortable working independently, making strategic decisions, and being accountable for performance outcomes.

You do not need mastery of every tool listed, but you must be confident using AI daily to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
