Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
6–10 years of experience in Cloud / Infrastructure / DevOps.
2+ years of team leadership experience. Strong hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools.
Experience in infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
Preferred Certifications
AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer.
Azure Administrator / Architect.
Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD).

Job context
The Manager – Cloud will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of Betopia Group’s cloud infrastructure. This role ensures secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud operations while driving DevOps maturity and high system reliability.
This is a hands-on leadership role — accountable for execution, uptime, automation, and cost control.
Job Responsibilities
1) Cloud Infrastructure Management
Design and manage scalable cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery readiness.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and architecture diagrams.
2) DevOps & Automation
Lead CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
Manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
Reduce manual deployment effort through automation.
3) Performance & Reliability
Maintain ≥99.9% infrastructure uptime.
Monitor system health, latency, and scalability.
Lead root cause analysis for outages and incidents.
Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems.
4) Cloud Security & Compliance
Implement cloud security best practices.
Manage IAM roles, access controls, and encryption policies.
Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management.
5) Cost Optimization (Cloud FinOps)
Monitor and control cloud spending.
Implement cost-saving strategies (reserved instances, right-sizing).
Provide monthly cost reports with optimization recommendations.
6) Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead Cloud/DevOps engineers.
Set KPIs and performance targets.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams.
