• Any Professional Certification or training will be added as an advantage.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support service operation.

• Must have the ability to work under pressure, long term dedication to the company and work in a team.

• Chattogram local candidates will get preference.

• Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance, Setup, Maintain & Monitor Endpoint Security (Sophos) & its policies.

• Diagnose the issues with operating systems, desktop applications, Hardware Devices (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanner, etc.) and related to email systems, IP Phone System, LAN connectivity, internet connectivity, and remote access technologies for end-users.      

• Ensuring the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits.       

• Coordinate with Vendors, Service Providers and central IT Professional to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.    

• Provide technical assistance to the end user as per requirements.
