- Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory and also have Computer Knowledge;
- Should have the serving experience in large and renowned garments;
- Excellent communication both written & spoken English;
- Should have good interpersonal communication skill;
- Good manner and appearance;
- Good Computer Proficiency.
Responsibilities & Context:
To liaison with customs, ports and shipping agents for performing the import/export activities;
Responsible for customs bond license audit, renewal and bond limit (one time/ yearly) as per company requirement;
Maintain critical liaison with supplier, Port Authority, Shipping agent, Bank and Insurance Company;
Maintain in / out flow of payment (L/Cs, TT etc);
Well experienced on Foreign Exchange Guide Line related to Export activities and shipping terms;
Should have vast knowledge in freight forwarding;
To perform all activities for import/export process, BB L/C, UD, import documents, customs audit, bond license renewal etc;
To liaison with bank, EPB, BGMEA, Customs, freight forwarder & shipping line;
To prepare all export-import related documents;
To follow up/monitor the daily export-import with factory, transport, C & F, forwarder and shipping line & buyer;
To collect B/L, shipping documents etc;
To scrutinize Letter of Credit / Export Contract / Export Documents;
To check the shipping documents received from suppliers;
To circulate import status and update to ware- house, finance, customer services department;
To prepare documentation for customs/port/dry dock and file processing accordingly;
To monitor & control logistic & transportation cost by coordination & effective utilization of resources;
To maintain liaison with customs & port authority independently;
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
