Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to the IT department, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks;

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner;

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network components;

  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards;

  • Identify, diagnose and resolve hardware & network problems;

  • Maintain CCTV system;

  • Assist in the deployment and installation of software applications, including updates and patches, and ensure proper licensing and documentation;

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IPBX and Wi-Fi access points, to ensure optimal performance and connectivity;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations;

  • Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions;

  • Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures, ensuring the protection of company data and infrastructure;

  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement;

  • Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
