Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal production meetings to review daily progress and align operational priorities.

  • Review the daily cut plan to ensure production targets and schedules are met.

  • Oversee pre-production activities, including pattern corrections, compatibility checks between the tech pack, sample from the central sample section, and adjustment reports, while implementing necessary corrections.

  • Identify and resolve pattern-related issues throughout the production process.

  • Perform pattern corrections for size set approval, pilot run, and first bulk production.

  • Provide pattern-related troubleshooting support on the sewing line to ensure smooth production.

  • Review and verify marker check reports for accuracy and compliance.

  • Check and validate fabric consumption and marker ratio reports to optimize material utilization.

  • Coordinate technical remote support with external service providers to resolve pattern cutter issues.

  • Maintain effective cross-functional communication with the Sample, Printing, and Embroidery departments to ensure production readiness.

  • Review sewing draft plans and provide technical feedback to support efficient production execution
