Responsibilities & Context:
1 .Maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
2 .Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
3 .Install, update, and support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, email applications, and antivirus software.
4 .Provide first-level technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
5 .Support ERP system users by resolving basic technical issues and coordinating with vendors when required.
6 .Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
7 .Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and related documentation.
8 .Ensure data security by following company IT policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
9. Respond promptly to urgent technical issues and minimize system downtime.
10 .Coordinate with external service providers for repairs, maintenance, and technical support when necessary.
