JK Tech Limited is building an AI-first digital ecosystem covering ERP, Hospital Management System, Laboratory Information System (LIS), CRM, HRM, Finance, Inventory, E-commerce, Mobile Applications, Websites, and AI Agents — all developed in-house.
We are looking for a technology leader who will use Artificial Intelligence as the core development engine to design, build, and govern our complete technology infrastructure. This is not a conventional developer role — the selected candidate will act as the technical architect of the organization, shaping the foundation of our future technology team.
Job Responsibilities
● Define long-term technology roadmap and AI-first development strategy for JK Lifestyle Group
● Design complete enterprise solution architecture — Group ERP, CRM, HRM, Accounts & Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Patient Management System, Doctor Portal, Nutritionist Portal, Fitness Portal, LIS, E-commerce Platform, Franchise Portal, Dealer Portal, Mobile Applications, AI Agent Platform, Corporate Websites
● Lead AI-driven development using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor — including prompt engineering, AI-assisted coding, AI code review, AI test generation, and AI workflow design
● Design system, database, and API architecture; establish scalable software design patterns
● Oversee backend development using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (working knowledge of FastAPI)
● Lead database design and optimization on PostgreSQL, including data integrity, audit trail design, and backup strategy
● Design and secure REST APIs — authentication, authorization, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), and API documentation
● Guide infrastructure and deployment — Linux, Git, Docker, Nginx, and basic CI/CD, with practical understanding of production deployment
● Create and maintain technical documentation — BRD, SRS, functional specifications, technical design documents, database and API documentation, deployment guides, development guidelines
● Establish AI development process, lead code review process, and take technical decisions
● Build the foundation for a future in-house technology team
● Collaborate closely with business teams to translate requirements into technology solutions.
