• Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Real Estate, Developer

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

• Experience should have 3–4 years in a Group of Companies, Real Estate Company, or any service-oriented industry in IT Operations.

• Diploma holders should have 7–8 years of relevant experience.

Install, configure, and maintain networking systems, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless Networks.

Configure and manage Mikrotik routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of VLAN, VTP, Trunking Protocols, and Inter-VLAN Routing.

Monitor network performance using network monitoring tools and promptly identify and resolve network faults.

Troubleshoot all PC, email configuration, hardware, and networking-related issues in a timely manner.

Diagnose and resolve internal customer technical issues through phone calls, emails, remote support, and on-site visits. Troubleshoot IT-related issues, including ensuring uninterrupted operation of CCTV camera systems, and coordinate with vendors for timely maintenance.

Analyze performance reports to identify root causes and improve network stability and security.

Perform other IT operation-related work as and when required.
