Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.
Relevant professional certifications such as ERP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, SAP, or Information Security will receive preference.
Proven expertise in ERP implementation and project management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong understanding of business process mapping and process improvement.
Sound knowledge of database management (SQL Server/MySQL).
Knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.

Lead the implementation, customization, integration, and optimization of ERP Software across all departments.
Act as the organizational ERP Champion by coordinating with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Analyze business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure successful migration of existing data into the ERP system while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Provide strategic leadership in IT planning, digital transformation, automation, and technology innovation.
Manage and supervise the IT & MIS team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and developing technical capabilities.
Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and information security standards.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of all servers, networks, internet connectivity, cloud services, CCTV, biometric attendance, email systems, and other IT infrastructure.
Plan, monitor, and maintain hardware, software, networking equipment, and IT assets.
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with HR, Finance & Accounts, Sales, SCM, CSD, CRD, CRM, Construction and other departments to ensure maximum utilization of ERP and other business applications.
Identify system gaps and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and operational excellence.
Conduct ERP and IT training sessions for employees and ensure smooth user adoption.
Lead troubleshooting activities and provide prompt resolution of critical IT and ERP-related issues.
Ensure cybersecurity measures, data backup, disaster recovery planning, antivirus management, and compliance with industry best practices.
Prepare annual IT budgets, procurement plans, vendor evaluations, and technology roadmaps.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that support organizational growth and competitive advantage.
