Experience:
BSc in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
Candidates having professional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management will be given preference.
Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality assurance, safety management, and contract administration.
Must have extensive working experience in renowned real estate companies in Bangladesh.
Practical experience in managing multiple high-rise residential and commercial building projects is mandatory.
Good knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK regulations, and construction safety practices.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong managerial, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of delivering results within deadlines.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and project management software will be an added advantage.
Monitor, supervise, and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion within approved quality standards and budget.
Lead, guide, mentor, and evaluate Project Engineers and site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Prepare master work program, project execution plans, monitor work schedules, and ensure compliance with approved timelines.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, company standards, and applicable building codes.
Coordinate effectively with Architecture, SCM, BOQ, QA/QC, Finance, Sales, CSD and other relevant departments for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular project visits to monitor work progress, quality, safety, manpower utilization, and resource management.
Identify project risks, analyze technical and operational issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
Review project progress reports and submit periodic updates to management with recommendations for improvement.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources.
Monitor contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure contractual compliance and quality performance.
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities whenever required.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Resolve technical, operational, and administrative issues promptly to minimize project delays.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
