Responsibilities & Context:

• Convert approved 2D architectural drawings into accurate 3D models.

• Prepare realistic exterior and interior renderings.

• Develop walkthrough animations and presentation materials.

• Improve communication of design concepts to clients, management and project stakeholders.

• Support faster client approval and design-making.

• Reduce dependency on external visualization vendors.

• Maintain confidentiality of company designs and project information.

• Ensure consistency in the company’s visual presentation standards.

• Support architects and engineers during design development.

• Manage increasing project volume without affecting quality of delivery schedules.

• Prepare visual materials for marketing, tender, investment and management presentations.

• Provide quick revisions based on client, management and design-team feedback.
