Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQ.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work at project sites.

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction activities at site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship.
Manage site workforce and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Maintain site documentation including reports, checklists, and records.
Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
Any other task by superior authority as need.
