Education:

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• Training from BITAC or any other recognized organization

• Age At most 32 years

• Prepare daily machinery breakdown reports, identify faults, take immediate measures, and report to the supervisor.

• Prepare estimation and layout for new machinery installation and commissioning in the factory.

• Directly participate in and supervise mechanical installation, commissioning, and fabrication work.

• Maintain applicable requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, and FSSC standards in the Food & Beverage industry.

• Work on pumps, motors, gearboxes, chain alignment, bearing setting, lathe operation, welding, new machine erection, and pipeline work for both SS and MS pipelines.

• Develop effective plans and procedures to provide effective maintenance and utility-related support to the required areas.

• Ensure that predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all plant, equipment, machinery, facilities, and other physical assets is appropriately scheduled and accomplished.

• Ensure that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.

• Ensure the availability of spare parts for machine breakdown and preventive maintenance requirements.

• Monitor and continually improve maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.

• Manage Engineering Store and Spare Parts.

• Perform any other tasks as per management instructions.

• Guide and supervise junior colleagues and evaluate their performance. Perform all other jobs as assigned by the supervisor.
