• Bachelor degree in any discipline but Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Environmental Science/Textile Engineering will get preference

• Training/ Trade Course: Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 etc.

• Age At least 23 years

• 3rd party auditing experience.

Job Context

Permanent in nature, both office and field based

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare for ISO management system audits in accordance with applicable audit procedures and requirements.

• Conduct Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance and recertification audits, as applicable to assigned competence and authorization.

• Conduct audits against relevant standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc., based on individual qualification and competency.

• Review organizational policies, procedures, records, risk assessments, objectives and other documented information.

• Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of management systems through interviews, observation, sampling and objective evidence.

• Identify and document nonconformities, observations and opportunities for improvement based on objective evidence.

• Prepare accurate, clear and complete audit reports within the required timeframe.

• Conduct opening and closing meetings and communicate audit findings professionally to client representatives.

• Maintain impartiality, confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the audit process.

• Follow applicable certification-body procedures, ISO17021 requirements and relevant scheme/client-specific requirements.

• Maintain appropriate audit records and evidence in accordance with organizational procedures.

• Participate in auditor calibration, witness assessments, competency development and continual professional development activities.

• Maintain and continuously improve technical knowledge and auditing competence.

• Travel to client premises as required for audit assignments
