Position Overview

The Auditor – Intern role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop a career in social, environmental, and technical auditing. The selected candidate will work closely with senior auditors, participate in field audits, and support documentation, analysis, and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional knowledge in relevant standards and practices at all times.

• Stay consistently updated on emerging CSR, ESG, and sustainability issues, along with local and international laws, regulations, and conventions related to compliance.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take initiative in assigned tasks.

• Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity in all work performed.

• Participate in audits as an observer or supporting auditor, maintaining professionalism equivalent to a regular auditor.

• Assist in conducting audits in accordance with client requirements, EBS procedures, and applicable standards.

• Support the pre-audit and post-audit documentation process, ensuring timely filing and reporting to supervisors.

• Review and communicate customer updates, new requirements, or regulatory changes to the internal team.

• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and impartiality in all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Laws, Textile and Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Laws or related fields.

• Strong interest in compliance, sustainability, and auditing.

• Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills (English proficiency preferred).

• Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required.

• Computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, data handling).
