Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Manager with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and 5–7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing telecom civil infrastructure projects and working with leading telecom operators or TowerCo experience or vendor experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and manage telecom civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
Oversee construction of telecom tower foundations, shelters, equipment rooms, and related civil works.
Coordinate with TowerCo’s, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and prepare project status reports.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all work complies with local regulations and client requirements.
