Additional Requirements:

We prefer candidates with relevant technical knowledge and professional experience.
Experience in solution design, technical sales, Pre-sales, system integration, or a customer-facing engineering role will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of technical concepts and solution architecture.
Ability to prepare and explain technical documents and proposals clearly.
Strong customer relationships and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.
The candidate will be preferred if he/she can speak Chinese.
Responsibilities & Context:
Understand and analyze customer requirements to identify the most suitable technical solutions.
Develop and recommend customized solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, solution specifications, BOQs, presentations, and other required documentation.
Conduct technical presentations and product/solution demonstrations for customers.
Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales process.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and project-related activities when required.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and industry trends to provide innovative and competitive solutions.
