Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Civil Project Coordinator to support our civil and telecom infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of civil construction and telecom infrastructure projects.

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.

• Ensure all construction works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including work schedules, progress reports, and site records.

• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality.

• Support procurement processes by preparing material requests and tracking deliveries.

• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at project sites.
