Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative background
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
Good time management and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative Visualiser to transform ideas into compelling visual concepts for digital campaigns, branding, advertising, and social media. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking and collaborate closely with Chief editor, Content strategist, Writers, and other Designers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design social media creatives and marketing materials
Develop brand-consistent visual assets
Collaborate with content writers and strategists
Maintain organized design files and project assets
Develop creative campaign concepts and key visuals
Brainstorm ideas for advertising and branding projects
Create mood boards and presentation materials
Guide designers through visual direction
Participate in creative discussions and client presentations
Ensure consistency across all visual communications
Stay informed about design and advertising trends
