• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 capabilities, JavaScript is a plus.

• Strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines.

• Excellent graphic design skill, color theory, fonts and illustration.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphics Design, UI design, UX design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design projects, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, usability testing, and final product outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience using Figma as a primary UI/UX design and prototyping tool.

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and productivity tools, such as Claude, Figma Make, Figma AI, or similar AI-powered tools for design ideation, prototyping, documentation, and workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of how to use AI tools as a design collaborator, while applying human judgment to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated design concepts.

• Experience designing AI-powered products, chatbots, conversational interfaces, voice interfaces, or AI assistants will be considered a strong advantage.

• Experience with UX analytics, A/B testing, usability testing, and data-driven design optimization is preferred.

We are looking for a user experience design professional passionate about human-centered design exercises for an exciting array of b2b and b2c products that mPower is developing.
Duty Station: Head Office in Gulshan, Dhaka with occasional field visits as per project needs
Job Responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX and Human-Centered Design (HCD) process, from user research and problem discovery to ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and final product delivery.

• Use modern AI-assisted design tools and workflows, including Claude, Figma Make, Figma AI, and other emerging AI design tools, to accelerate design exploration, generate design concepts, iterate prototypes, and improve design efficiency.

• Combine AI-generated design outputs with human judgment, creativity, accessibility, and interaction design principles to ensure the final product is intuitive, usable, inclusive, and aligned with real user needs.

• Translate business requirements, user needs, and complex workflows into user-friendly digital experiences, information architectures, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Develop and iterate sketches, wireframes, mockups, design systems, and functional prototypes using tools such as Figma and Figma Make throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Apply A/B testing, usability testing, analytics, and product performance insights to continuously improve user experience and validate design decisions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, AI/ML engineers, researchers, business teams, and clients to transform ideas and requirements into practical and scalable digital solutions.
