Redis or equivalent caching technologiesGit and collaborative development workflowsSDLC, clean coding, debugging, testing and performance optimizationAdditional Technical Skills (Preferred)·        Advanced API Development: Experience with WebSockets, gRPC, and microservices architecture.·        DevOps & Cloud: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployment.·        Security & Cryptography: Understanding of PKI, digital signatures, hashing, encryption, secure authentication, and API security.·        Blockchain: Familiarity with Hyperledger Fabric, smart contract integration, and blockchain-based applications.·        System Architecture: Experience designing highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise applications.

Spectrum IT Solutions Ltd. is looking for talented, energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Full Stack Developers with at least 5 years of proven software development experience. Ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent technical skills, and a passion for building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.

1. Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality web applications following software engineering best practices.

·        Develop secure, scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang and/or PHP (Laravel).

·        Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.

·        Design and optimize application architecture, databases, APIs, and system performance.

·        Integrate third-party services, external APIs, and enterprise systems.

·        Implement automated testing, code reviews, and secure coding practices.

·        Work with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and deployment environments.

·        Implement appropriate data protection, application security, authentication, and access control mechanisms.

·        Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

·        Conduct technical research and explore emerging technologies, frameworks, and development tools.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project deadlines.

2. Educational Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

·        A master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

3. Experience

·        Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on full-stack application development.

·        Strong practical experience with Golang and/or PHP (Laravel), along with modern frontend technologies.

·        Proven experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications.

·        Previous experience in software development companies or IT-enabled services (ITES) organizations is preferred.
