• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Computing & Information System

CCNA, CCNP, JNCIP-SP, MikroTik MTCNE, MikroTik MTCRE

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, ISP

• Age 32 to 42 years

1.     Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, Policy-Based Routing, VRRP.
2.     MPLS Technologies: MPLS, MPLS L3VPN, Traffic Engineering (preferred), Segment Routing (preferred)
3.     Broadband Technologies: PPPoE, DHCP, CGNAT, BNG, RADIUS integration, IPv4/IPv6.
4.     Internet Services: IP Transit, IX Peering, Private Peering, IP Address Management
5.     Network Security: ACL, RTBH, BGP Communities, DDoS Mitigation, Firewall integration.
6.     Monitoring & Automation: Zabbix, LibreNMS, Cacti, Grafana, SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, Syslog
7. Minimum 4-5 years work experience in core network.
8. Experience on operating network with 100G Backbone Capacity will be an added advantage.

• Design, implement, and maintain the ISP's IP Core Network.

• Manage Core Routers, Aggregation Routers, Broadband Network Gateway (BNG), and Internet Gateway infrastructure.

• Manage Internet upstream connectivity and peering.

• Monitor network capacity and perform capacity planning.

• Ensure high availability and redundancy of the core network.

• Lead network expansion, migration, and upgrade projects.

• Coordinate with NOC, Transmission, EPON/GPON, and Customer Support teams during troubleshooting.

• Analyse network performance and implement optimization strategies.

• Manage DDoS mitigation, routing security, and traffic engineering.

• Prepare and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.

• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.

• Maintain SLA compliance and minimize network downtime.

• Work with vendors for implementation, support, and maintenance activities.

• Participate in emergency maintenance and after-hours support when required.
