Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor network, servers, and systems 24x7 using NMS tools
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network/system issues
Ensure uptime and performance of ISP/enterprise network
Perform initial diagnostics for outages, latency, packet loss, etc.
Handle incident management, ticketing, and follow-up
Receive and handle customer calls professionally
Provide technical support over phone and remote sessions
Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps
Provide on-site (physical) support when required
Coordinate with field engineers and senior network teams
Maintain logs, reports, and daily status updates
