∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure invoices preparation and delivery to customers effectively and efficiently time.
∎ To collect Revenue from different clients.
∎ To check and issue money receipts.
∎ To prepare for Daily Collection, Monthly Revenue Collection statement.
∎ To Prepare for Monthly outstanding and pending agreement list etc.
∎ To reach the target of monthly revenue collection.
∎ To contact and follow up customers regarding overdue status, strategy making to reduce the overdue position.
∎ To prepare the clients final statement of accounts.
∎ To issue letter of Reminder to the clients in case of failure of the scheduled payment.
∎ To issue letter of warning to the clients before cancellation if necessary.
∎ To reconcile with accounts department for client clearance.
∎ To maintain good relation till registration with the client to uphold the goodwill of company.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
∎ Ability to analysis data and report to authority in a regular basis.
∎ Find and listing problematic customer and solve the issue as soon as possible.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Writing down VAT 6.3, VAT 6.2.
