Why This Role: Most Accounts Executive roles have you buried in someone else's process. This one is different:
Real ownership — you'll run the entire expense and cost function for the fund, not just feed numbers into someone else's system.
Rare exposure — you'll see first-hand how a private equity fund manages its money — a level of exposure most early-career finance professionals don't get.
Visibility that matters — this is a small, growing team, so your work goes straight to decision-makers, not lost in layers of hierarchy.
Room to grow — as mCapital scales, so does this role and the person in it.
