Experience:
BBA/MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance or equivalent degree from a reputed university.
Professional qualification such as CA(CC)/ACCA/part-qualified will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, VAT & Tax.
Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing/factory accounting will get preference.
Candidates with strong experience in factory accounts, costing, inventory accounting and financial reporting will be preferred.

Sanji Stainless Steel Industries Ltd., a concern of Sanji Group of Companies, is looking for a competent, dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts for its factory operation at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities of the factory.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and supporting documents accurately.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier/customer balances and related transactions.
Ensure timely bank reconciliation, cash management and fund utilization.
Monitor factory expenses, petty cash, advances and expenditure against approved budgets.
Maintain proper records of inventory, production-related costs and other factory expenses.
Coordinate with Head Office regarding accounts, finance, payments, reporting and fund requirements.
Ensure proper posting and maintenance of accounting transactions in Tally/ERP software.
Assist in preparation of budgets, cash-flow forecasts and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Tax, VAT and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Internal Audit, external auditors, banks, suppliers and relevant authorities when required.
Ensure proper documentation and internal control over financial transactions.
Provide financial information and reports to management as required.
Perform any other finance and accounts-related duties assigned by the management.
