Experience:
MBA/M.Com/BBA (Major in Accounting, Finance or Management).
CA (CC)/CMA (Partly Qualified) will be considered an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle or similar).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Honest, proactive, self-motivated and capable of handling pressure.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Branch Management and Accounts.
Candidates having experience in Stainless Steel, Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing, Trading, Building Materials or similar industries will be given preference.
Candidates currently working as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Accountant, Accounts Manager or similar positions are highly encouraged to apply.
Sanji Stainless Steel Industries Ltd. and Sanji Automobiles Ltd. are looking for a dynamic, honest, and experienced professional to manage the overall operations of our Gazipur Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for branch administration, accounting, finance, inventory control, customer service, sales coordination and regulatory compliance. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in branch management and accounting roles in manufacturing, automobile, trading or similar organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the overall operational activities of the Gazipur Branch.
Maintain complete books of accounts, cash book, bank book, ledger, vouchers and other financial records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational reports for Head Office.
Handle cash management, banking transactions, cheque processing and fund reconciliation.
Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase records, receipts and payment documents.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely collections and payments.
Maintain inventory records and coordinate physical stock verification.
Coordinate branch sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Supervise branch employees, office administration, security and logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls and other statutory requirements.
Liaise with banks, government offices, suppliers and customers as required.
Monitor branch expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
Maintain branch assets, fixed asset registers and official documents.
Prepare payroll, attendance, leave records and other administrative reports where applicable.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
