### Experience
* *2–4 years of relevant experience* in accounting, inventory, store, or warehouse management.
* Experience in a medical equipment, healthcare, or trading company will be preferred.
### Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of basic accounting and inventory management.
* Proficiency in *MS Excel and accounting software*.
* Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
Synapse International is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented *Accounts cum Store Manager* to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with store, inventory, and stock management. The position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts, sales, procurement, and store operations.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting transactions, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
* Handle accounts payable/receivable, cash/bank transactions, and prepare regular reports.
* Manage store operations, inventory records, stock movement, and product documentation.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Service teams for timely delivery and replenishment.
* Conduct regular physical stock checks and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
* Maintain proper storage, documentation, and accountability of medical equipment and accessories.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accuracy in both accounting and inventory operations.
