Responsibilities

• Audit Oversight: Lead, direct, and supervise strategic audit activities throughout all corporate departments.

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to statutory financial laws and internal operational regulations.

• Risk Assessment: Proactively identify operational gaps, mitigate risks, and recommend robust corrective measures.

• Executive Reporting: Formulate, refine, and present critical audit findings directly to top management.
