Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.

• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.

• Monitor financial transactions, internal controls, and company expenditures.

• Supervise and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

• Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good understanding of VAT, tax, and applicable financial regulations in Bangladesh.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
